Athens Academy Multi-Media Center - Athens, Georgia

This is an integrated multi-media center, approximately 75,000 square feet, including a full performing arts stage, a television studio with central video distribution, a computer laboratory with local area network, a language laboratory, media analysis, and the main campus library.

Building 303/Perimeter Center - Atlanta, Georgia

An eight story, 190,000 square feet office building with a full service cafeteria and health center.  An on-site generator is used for cogeneration to reduce annual electrical energy cost

CBI/Equifax Marketing Processing Service Center - Chamblee, Georgia

This 26,000 square feet one-story building was renovated to accommodate the marketing processing service center for CBI/Equifax.  Included was approximately 16,000 square feet of data processing with 1,000 KVA of Uninterruptible Power System  and 1,500 kW of Standby Generation.  In addition there was approximately 10,000 square feet of general office space.

CBI/Equifax - Windward Equifax Technology Center Phase I - Alpharetta, Georgia

This Project consisted of adding 1000 kVA of Uninterruptible Power System and 1500 kW of Standby Generation and a new 4,000 Ampere service.  The above was integrated into the existing distribution system using tie breakers and a logic switchboard.

Hewlett-Packard, Riverwood - Cobb County, Georgia

This office space of 40,000 square feet included 800 square feet of computer room and a 50 kVA Uninterruptible Power System.

MCI, North Terraces - Atlanta, Georgia

This project consisted of 120,000 square feet offices with a 2,200 square feet computer facility and 125 kVA Uninterruptible Power System.

Perimeter Center East, Building No. 58 (64A), Southern Company Services - Atlanta, Georgia

A 385,000 square feet sixteen-story office building housing the Southern Company Services of Georgia. The building includes approximately 60,000 square feet of data processing with 2,000 KVA of Uninterruptible Power System (U.P.S.) and Standby Generation.

Prime Bank Plaza - Decatur, Georgia

This is the corporate headquarters for Prime Bank and has 120,000 square feet with a 1,400 square feet computer facility and 45 kVA of Uninterruptible Power System.
