This 31-story 300 unit apartment tower included a parking deck for approximately 450 automobiles.  This high-rise building was served from a power company network with emergency loads backed up with a generator.  Each unit is individually metered and has telephone and cable television outlets.

Lakeside Apartments - Atlanta, Georgia

This is a 21-story 61 unit apartment tower.  This high-rise building has a lightning protection system, emergency generator and high-rise fire alarm system.  Each unit is individually metered and has telephone and cable television outlets.  This facility also included three levels of parking.

Mayfair Apartments - Atlanta, Georgia

This is a Midtown twin 28-story apartment buildings with 630 units, a parking deck, swimming pool and separate retail and office building.  Both towers required high-rise constuction and included an emergency generator.  Each unit is individually metered and has telephone and cable television outlets.

Park Tower Apartments - Atlanta, Georgia

This is a 25-story 285 unit apartment tower and includes a parking deck.  This high-rise building has a lightning protection system, emergency generator and high-rise fire alarm system. Each unit is individually metered and has telephone and cable television outlets.

St. Anne’s Terrace for the Elderly - Atlanta, Georgia

A self-contained retirement community building consisting of 100 apartments, cafeteria, exercise room, game rooms, craft room, in-house medical facilities, commissary, mail room, and lounges.  The facility includes an annuciation system for 24 hour monitoring of apartments.  Each unit is individually metered and has telephone and cable television outlets.
