Equifax Windward Phase II

CBI/Equifax - Windward Equifax Technology Center Phase II -Alpharetta, Georgia

Project consisted of approximately 200,000 square feet of office space with extensive use of computer terminals.  It included an employee cafeteria, kitchen and 40,000 square feet data center with 750 kVA of Uninterruptible Power System.

CIGNA Corporate Center -  Macon, Georgia

This 200,000 square feet multi-story facility consisted of offices, computer room, employee amenities and parking.

Department of Family and Children Services, Central City North Area - Atlanta, Georgia

This 67,000 square feet facility occupies five floors in a downtown office building.  Its’ functions include interviewing, claim processing, administration and training.

Food & Drug Administration, Rockcreek West - Rockcreek, Maryland

Approximately 70,000 square feet of tenant fitup office space for the General Services Administration.

Inverness Center,  Buildings No. 40, 42, & 44 - Birmingham, Alabama

These three 150,000 square feet 7-story office building are joined by covered connector walkways.  The buildings are designed to accommodate Southern Company Services of Alabama as tenants and includes provisions for computer facilities and a full service kitchen/cafeteria.  The 60 acre site development includes a 9 acre lake and on-site parking to accommodate approximately 1,500 cars.

Perimeter Center East, Building No. 58 (64A), Southern Company Services - Atlanta, Georgia

A 385,000 square feet sixteen-story office building housing the Southern Company Services of Georgia.  Our firm did both the initial and second generation tenant fitup for the building.

Solid State Systems - Cobb County, Georgia

An electronic manufacturing facility approximately 100,000 square feet in area which included corporate headquarters, administration, electronic research and testing.
